Biography

My name is Ted Laderas. I live in Portland, Oregon. I love science, art, and food. For 5 years, I was part of an electronic music duo called Ainu. After burning out on electronic music, I realized that what I wanted to do with music was probably not going to make me world famous. I love shoegazer acts such as My Bloody Valentine, and I started branching out into listening to lots of different kinds of music. Noise. Doom. And lots more shoegazer.

I love bringing things together, so I try and combine techniques and sounds from different kinds of music. And I love learning new things about music. So I hope to share some of that knowledge, along with some of my other farflung interests.
